The Parent Resource Center, a project of the Waynesboro Public Schools, has been established to provide information, materials, and guidance to parents and residents of Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro. The PRC provides resource materials in the form of books, videos, and brochures. The topics range from A to Z, and the PRC can offer parents important contact information about schools and state, county, or federal agencies. |

The PRC provides a traveling resource bus that contains a lending library and free take home materials. The Parent Resource Bus visits libraries, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods in Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro. The resource materials are available to everyone. |

The mission of the SAW Parent Resource Center is to inform parents of the educational procedures and programs available through Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro Public Schools. The PRC provides information to help parents gain a better understanding of a child's development, performance, and the challenges and barriers they may experience or encounter during the educational process. |
